Greg brings over 20 years of experience in retail and consumer experience, driving omni-channel retail transformations and creating brand home destinations for major brands including Johnnie Walker, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Carter’s, and The Home Depot. Most recently, he has been the Global Retail Director at Diageo, where he led the strategy, concept development, and delivery for Diageo’s £185m ($255m) investment in Scotch whisky experiences, a board-sponsored initiative and the largest-ever investment of its kind in Europe. The ambitious program entails transforming 14 single malt Scotch whisky visitor centers into immersive brand experiences and creating a global flagship for Johnnie Walker in Edinburgh (tour experiences, retail, bars, innovation hub, and events venues in +70k square feet across 8 floors). To date, 8 of the 14 single malt brand home transformations have been completed and “Johnnie Walker Princes Street” opened to the public in early September 2021.
